Le RIPE ne verifie pas la veracite du besoin mais dans la policy tu te
doit de les utiliser tout de meme, le grey market ne verifie rien sur ce
point (perso je verifie surtout la capacite du vendeur a transferer (et
pas un random gars de la boite qui essaye de voler des ressources a son
employeur), RIPE faisant une bonne due dilligence, la proprete du subnet
evidement etc etc), mais on peux quand meme considerer que celui qui
met quelques K$ dans de l'IPv4 qui etait gratos y a pas 10 ans ne fera
pas de collier de nouilles avec.
Apres tu as un marche pour les spammers entre eux, avec des /22-/23-/24
pourris de certaines regions du monde, facilement identifiable.
RIPE demande maintenant un dossier de justification du besoin ?.. ARIN
le fait depuis longtemps, je ne savais pas que RIPE le faisait, ce
serait nouveau et probablement lie a liste d'attente.
