About Rygel =========== Rygel is a home media solution that allows you to easily share audio, video and pictures, and control of media player on your home network. In technical terms it is both a UPnP AV MediaServer and MediaRenderer implemented through a plug-in mechanism. Interoperability with other devices in the market is achieved by conformance to very strict requirements of DLNA and on the fly conversion of media to format that client devices are capable of handling.
News ==== Another release in the stable 0.12 series of Rygel Changes since 0.12.3: - Fix an assertion when one of the preconditions failed during HTTP Post. - Limit the length of the filename generated in CreateObject to avoid problems on FAT. - Use SoupURI to validate and properly escape the URI given during CreateObject. This could cause huge CPU consumption if the URI was really long (1k). - Do not crash if ImportResource is cancelled. - Fix DBUS thumbnailer regression introduced in 0.12.3 All contributors to this release: - Jens Georg <m...@jensge.org> - Joe Hansen <joedalt...@yahoo.dk> - Kentaro KAZUHAMA <kazk...@gmail.com> Added/updated translations: - dk, courtesy of Joe Hansen - ja, courtesy of Kentaro KAZUHAMA Bugs fixed: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=660892 ChangeLog ========= http://download.gnome.org/sources/rygel/0.12/rygel-0.12.4.changes (3.25K) Download ======== http://download.gnome.org/sources/rygel/0.12/rygel-0.12.4.tar.xz (1.38M) sha256sum: f08e5e734b37de432db1ce339f42a9ca7df1cbbc33ca2a4afd333e4079ac9400 http://download.gnome.org/sources/rygel/0.12/rygel-0.12.4.tar.bz2 (1.56M) sha256sum: 51e8d6de2b62d8c80bdb8705d26c74b9a4391ae8132c633cf855076483ad0939 _______________________________________________ ftp-release-list mailing list ftp-release-list@gnome.org http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/ftp-release-list Upcoming changes: Nov 16: new tarballs use format .tar.xz (no more .tar.bz2 nor .tar.gz!)
