Yes, you should be able to do this with FP Imposer. In the layout tab, you'll
want to select 'Duplex Perfected' or 'Tumble Duplex' (there are pictures to
show you the difference between the two). Then use the 'Step and Repeat'
options at the bottom of the Layout tab to set up your 4-up.

After I make my imposition in the FP Imposer, how do I use it? I open
acrobat with my document then when I go to the Fusion Pro compose tab
You don't need a data file but you need to define the data which in
your case means go through the Wizard and select 'None'.
