[fusionpro] RE: Footer on text frame

2007-07-23 Thread Rob Domaschuk
Further to what Mark suggested, Raul,

If the footer frames is on top of the main text frame, then select the footer
frame and, in the Text Frame Palette, check the Word Wrap box. Then any text
in the main text frame will flow around the footer frame if necessary.

[fusionpro] RE: Footer on text frame

2007-07-23 Thread Rob Domaschuk
Raul asks:

 Mark/ Rob

 Does Fusion Pro justify text vertically as it does
 horizontally? Will it
 expand in order to fill the text frame with the text inside?

It *can*.

Select the main text frame and, in the frame palette, clickon Overflow. At
the bottom, there is a radio button that says Adjust text to fit - select
this box and then a checkbox will be enabled that says Allow text to expand to
fill. Select this box and this will force the text to fill the entire frame.

[fusionpro] RE: Footer on text frame

2007-07-23 Thread raul . ruiz
Rob

I figured out that the combination of a text and leading copyfit rule
allows my text to always be justified vertically and horizontally. It
allows the last phrase or tag to always reside at the very bottom of the
text frame. Thanks for the insight.

if (!Copyfit(new MagnifyAttributes(text, 25, 400, 6, 72)))
ReportWarning(Could not copyfit text in flow +
  FusionPro.Composition.CurrentFlow.name);

if (!Copyfit(new MagnifyAttributes(leading, 25, 400, 10, 25)))
ReportWarning(Could not copyfit text in flow +
  FusionPro.Composition.CurrentFlow.name);
