[fusionpro] RE: Return Text Resource HELP
Actually they are there... That is why I am so confused. It seems like I need to avoid any rules that link to formatted text resources for Print1. My new question for you is, are the colors that you use to make the text colored listed in the Colors tab in the Print1? Just as a side note, the formatted text resources are included in the def file and there's nothing else you should have to do regarding those. But, it sounds like maybe the colors you are using in the text resources (Name and Email) are not defined in the Print1 and therefore, it is blank because no color is applied. -Original Message- Shane Gillies Design Consultant The Allegan Group 136 Brady Street Allegan, MI 49010 269.673.5476 Fx 269.673.7329 www.allegangroup.com concept | marketing | design | print | mailing -- Users of FusionPro Desktop have unlimited free email support. Shane, Unfortunately, my expertise stops about here since I am on the FP Destktop team and not the Print1 team. So my knowledge is somewhat limited with the Print1. I would recommend posting your question on the new web_to_print forum or contact support. Sorry, I couldn't be more help. -Lauren -Original Message- From: Shane Gillies [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, June 08, 2007 5:53 AM To: FusionPro Users Forum Subject: [fusionpro] RE: Return Text Resource HELP Actually they are there... Shane, Do you have all of your resources uploaded to your Print1? And you can see them all listed in the Images tab? -Original Message- From: Shane Gillies [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, June 07, 2007 12:31 PM To: FusionPro Users Forum Subject: [fusionpro] Return Text Resource HELP I have set up a rule for a business card that if a certain color bar graphic is chosen, then the Name and Email return the same color text. I have set up text resources with the colors, and the rule calls out to those resources. In Acrobat it looks great and everything validates. As soon as I upload the template to our Print1, then it no longer works. I choose the color bar and fill the rest of the form in and the Name and Email are just blank. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
