Hi,
Recent version of Xorg have deprecated XKeycodeToKeysym() in favour of
XkbKeycodeToKeysym() as per:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25732
The attach patch converts the original calls to XKeycodeToKeysym() over, but
only where X11/XKBlib.h is present.
