My configure call:
env OBJECT_MODE=64 CC=cc 'CFLAGS=-qmaxmem=-1 -q64' ./configure
--prefix= --disable-mandoc --disable-htmldoc --disable-xinerama
and I'm told (as expected):
Build man pages?no: Explicitly disabled
Build HTML
