What is with office mode?
is a secureclient feature and of course you need the license
and policy
server for that.
If i use windows L2TP i must use office mode.
Do i need a secureclient licence for this?

As I recall, the number of people in the User Group that are authorized to
logon to the policy server is how it enforces the license count.

in this case you don't need the secureclient and of course you don't need
the license ...
