The GUI will run on W2K. I run it on my laptop on W2k prof, on my workstation (W2k Prof), and my home systems (W2K server and workstation). If you allow the Autorun program to startup it will gripe and complain. I ran the Mgmt Gui directly from the CD folder and it worked. Been using it for
