Just act like you're going to install FW1 on your

That's because the gui is not supported on Win2k. You will need to run the gui on
another system. (another reply to your message details this.)

I run it just fine on Win2K, but you cant use the top-level installer package to install it. I installed it from \windows\CPMgmtClnt-41
