In order to make Zend_Uri_Http adhere to the new Zend_Validate API, we
created a copy of it in the incubator. This copy recently had gone
through two changes, one internal (no longer using
Zend_Filter::isHostname() - now using Zend_Validate_Hostna
I only count 4 classes using the old Zend_Filter directly... I guess
most will be altered to use Zend_Validate_[Something] ?
