I can say on authority that A Small Orange (http://asmallorange.com) supports PHP 5.2.0, mod_rewrite, and PDO in particular. But yeah, what Jason said: you have to check with the web hosts to see what they support. You might also consider doing your own hosting if that option is feasible to meet y
