It is because Apple wired those pins to something before the AGP spec
was finalised for AGP Pro iirc, so causes electrical issues.

My 2005 iBook G4 seems to be a mix of ADB and USB internally it would
seem, the trackpad registers as USB, but theres ADBKeyboard and
ADBButtons extensions loaded (guessing for the trackpad button and
keyboard).

usage, email, documents. It can struggle with flash (as others have
noted here), but it just about copes with my needs, with a few
occurances of twiddling my thumbs (it runs Leopard), but as I can't
afford to replace it at
