It is a violation of Netiquette for all LEM Groups to post "test" messages.

Sometimes members become impatient when their messages do not appear instantly. In most such cases it is because the affected members have been placed under moderation by a Group Manager, typically for violation of group rules, so that their messages have to be reviewed and approved by a Group Manager, then released for posting to the Group.
