hi all; I am printing a pdf document. the prints show horizontal lines with a gap of approx 1 inch alongwith the text matter. however, there are no such lines in the soft copy.
I have tried other pdf files on the same printer. No such lines. What could be the reason? Is there any way I can get the print without the lines?
