Is it flash video? Flash seems to eat processor cycles under osx for
some reason, so it could be that things are just getting too hot and
causing it to freak out. Is there anything else you can do to work the
processor (video encoding, or even a batch of using iTunes to convert

Hey Jeffery, Did you try their website? This is what I do when all else fails and if they don't have the driver listed I find their phone # and call them. They may charge you for it too? Did you ask the person or place you bought it? If it was new it should have came with it... Hopefully someone

10.5.x maybe that's why it was so reasonably priced? darn... guess
