The LEM Groups are not the only resources about Macs. Why not ask about your issue with PM7500 on the Apple Support Communities

Fabian... Sending a user away from us for help because our LEM lists are borked?! wtf? Uncool.

It would be better to have those users post on g3-5, so a larger *LEM* group can help them!

Then, once they're back on track getting help, you'all can do whatever it is you do behind the scenes to get those lists fixed.
