Help with a driver?

2009-09-28 Thread Jeffrey Engle
I just bought a Asante GigaNIX Gigabyte PCI Network card and I'm
having a fun time trying to find a driver for it. I'm using 10.5.8.
Any ideas? Jeff

Silly question, did you try installing it and seeing if the OS
recognizes it?

Hey Jeffery, Did you try their website? This is what I do when all else fails and if they don't have the driver listed I find their phone # and call them. They may charge you for it too? Did you ask the person or place you bought it? If it was new it should have came with it... Hopefully someone on the list can lead you in the right direction, this is all I can tell you... Yes, it does recognize it, and I did find a driver for 10.4.x but not
for 10.5.x... I'm bummed. J

Went to their website and found the driver for 10.4.x but not for
10.5.x maybe that's why it was so reasonably priced? darn... guess
I'll keep looking. Jeff
