with ccc, can you do a full restore from a dated backup as you can with time machine? would be great if you could. from the FAQ on their website, it's clear you can restore individual files from a dated backup, but it is silent on doing a full restore. guess you could select all the files in

I use Carbon Copy Cloner. (CCC). It's free, and will do a total backup. I'm not sure how similar it is to Time Machine, but you CAN schedule backups with it. I use a Hackintosh with two 1TB hard drives, and everyday at 4am the main drive gets cloned onto the other drive. -Jonas -- You received
