SIIG Ultra ATA-133 Failure

I discovered why my SIIG Ultra ATA-133 card quit working. I picked up the computer it was formerly in to move it and head something rolling around. At first I thought it was a loose screw. I found a little cylinder rolling around. It was about a half inch long and a quarter inch in diameter. I
