When I try to paste a number of transactions into Numbers it pastes them all into one cell. So right now my OP is to paste first into Appleworks, then recopy/ paste into Numbers. Have you tried, when pasting from AppleWorks into Numbers, EditPaste and Match Style? Seems to me that should
