As said,maybe your problem is bad capacitors,and if have someone who
can change them,you only have to follow the ifixit guide to
disassemble the g5 and take the board off..

Have you taken a look at your System Log it should have some kind of
clue!
After reboot look at the system log just before the reboot occurred.
