Summary: Context menu key doesnt show spelling suggestions at cursor

Initial Comment:
The spelling suggestions context menu item appears
correctly on right-click, but seems to not be
synchronized with the input cursor location. Simply
pressing the context menu key (or shift+f10) won't
show proper spelling suggestions unless you first
right-click the misspelled word and then dismiss the
window. This seems to set some internal mark as a
hint to the context menu. The mark should be the
cursor position (which moves on right click) as it is
at the time of the context menu opening, not at the
time of the last right click.

(I asked a friend running Gentoo to try this, he says
the bug does not exist under Linux)

As the defect was never addressed, should probably come as
no surprise, but just for the sake of making it known... I'm
noticing same described issue in 2.0.0 beta 3 in Windows XP.
