I have auto-join selected for 2 jabber conf items. In beta 5 this worked.. when I start gaim and enter my password the window would popup with 2 tabs for those confs. Just got beta 6.. don't see any window, and double clicking those 2 conf items does nothing. I had to right click each, uncheck auto-join, close and restart gaim, then double-click each one to manually join them. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: David Fraser (davidfraser) Date: 2007-02-22 10:17 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=221678 Originator: NO I can confirm exactly the above behaviour ... the auto-join conferences would auto-join successfully some of the time (less than 50%) but if they didn't trying to join them manually (whether by double-clicking or entering the chat room details in the dialog) didn't do anything (presumably until they auto-rejoined later).
