Summary: Fix Smiley Detection
Initial Comment:
Gaim has a minor bug in it's smiley detection/replacement routine. Text such as
"cvs -d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/cvsroot login" produces a smiley between "-d"
and "server." Gaim should first consult the surrounding text to determine if a
smiley is the intended meaning of ":p."

I noticed a similar glitch: my MSN contact chose to replace every "S" in
his messages with an icon; when Gaim prints out status messages like
"***XYZ is now offline***" it performs the same replacement.
