Summary: Gaim accounts.xml problem
Initial Comment:
It seems that Gaim is not able to encode special characters correctly into
accounts.xml file. For example, if you have an account where real name contains
the AND SIGN (ampersand) it's written into xml file without xml encoding
(amp;). If you have this kind of account(s) and restart Gaim then accounts.xml
read fails and account data is not complete.
