Summary: gaim should be gender-aware

Hi,
English version of gaim doesn't need to care much about gender, but many other
languages need to. There should be some radio box to tell our own gender and
use for instance the plural mecanism of gettext to provide the good
translation. The same applies to buddies.
Here is a (maybe not thorough) patch to fix fr.po, transforming "%s est entr�"
in "%s est entr�(e)".

the plural mechanism is in use for plurals, as many of our
strings have them, for example, "buddy" and "buddies".
