You can't directly request user info (altrough gaim is capable to do it for one, that is not in the buddy list) and you even can't copy the name/UIN to the clipboard. The only way to acctualy figure who wants to contact you is to manualy open browser, find the apropriate web service and write the name/UIN by hand. This anoys not only those, who use GAIM, but also those who need to whait much longer for authorisation. I think adding a way to get user info to authorisation requests and "user added you" dialogs is of prime importance to make them usable.
