Summary: multiple tab rows

Initial Comment:
I would like to request an option to have multiple rows
of tabs in a window instead of having them go off the
screen where you cant see them and using the arrows.

we can't do that easily. gtk doesn't support it, and
writing a custom gtknotebook to hold them would be 1)a pain
2)highly bug prone
