Summary: Invisible to anyone not in buddy list

Initial Comment:
Every IM protocol seems to allow you to be invisible to
some people and not others. Since I often get bothered
by people whom I don't want to offend by blocking them,
being able to be automatically invisible to those not in my
buddy list would be really handy.

As we are closing this tracker, please submit any feature request that is
still valid to http://developer.pidgin.im. Thanks.
