Summary: More sound events? Notifications mostly.

Initial Comment:
I like gaim and all, but there are certain events that
I think it'd be nice to have sound events for. Things
like chat requests, file transfer requests,
disconnects, etc. I'm one of those people who doesn't
like when alert popups interrupt you in the middle of
typing, only to then get killed when you hit spacebar
to start a new word. So since these alert popups (at
least for me) don't steal focus I'd like for them to
make some sound to let me know that something needs my
attention. Sound is a very easy way to do this since
it's only as intrusive as the user sets up.

"Receive email" is another event which would be rather nice
to assign actions to. You may even want to specify which
emails you want to be alerted on. Ideally it'd be nice to be
able to assign actions to all email's whose headers match a
given regexp pattern.

I'd like to see this too. In addition, (this applies mostly
to Docklet) I'd like to see sounds play when a new IM is
received even if you have the "hide new messages until tray
icon is clicked" option enabled.

Someone wrote a patch a while ago that did this, but it was
a long time ago and I'm not quite to the point where I'd
take the time to do this myself.
(should I make a new RFE for this?) :)
