Please note that this message will contain a full copy of the comment thread, including the initial issue submission, for this request, not just the latest update. Category: gtk-ui Group: None >Status: Closed Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Jeff Shanab (jshanab) Assigned to: Mark Doliner (thekingant) Summary: better handling of fatal account errors Initial Comment: I bounce around between many computers with only 2 protocols(thank god). I recently changed from the 1.5 era to the 2.0betas becasue of the random ICQ request/messages. I would like the method of handling status reverted to the 1.5 method. When I come back to a computer I find "you have been disconnected because you logged on elsewhere." in the 1.5 1 mouseclick and I was re-logged in to all protocols. perfect. In the 2.0 it takes 6 mouse clicks :-( 1 per message, one per protocol times the number of protocols. messages are still there and i would have to click and close those too sometimes. Maybe just put a reconnect all in the initial dialog, but I like the old way better, where, if I wanted to I could select the protocols to connect and not and then reconnect. Thankyou and keep up the good work. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Luke Schierer (lschiere) Date: 2007-04-10 16:39 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=28833 Originator: NO As we are closing this tracker, please submit any feature request that is still valid to http://developer.pidgin.im.
