This is considered to be a great step towards the goal of implementing all features the jabber protocol itself provides, but it's still not all been done by this. Another very important issue is to support the rather easy programmable Current Jabber OpenPGP Usage which is described here[1]. I hope we will see this in the very next version of gaim! The existing solutions for any encryption at all require the other party to use gaim too. It'd would be great if you guys were to support GPG with Jabber.
