Last time I checked they were definitely client-side. I guess I'll look again sometime. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Tux Racer (tuxracer) Date: 2004-12-26 23:03 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=312603 It appears as though it is simply stored client-side, and that is what I had assumed until I logged into AIM at a friend's house and accidently choose the menu option for storing the buddy phone numbers and noticed that the phone numbers I had stored for that buddy on my home computer all showed up, even though I had never previously so much as logged into my screen name from her computer. Which means that it must be server-side. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Mark Doliner (thekingant) Date: 2004-12-26 22:34 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=20979 The phone numbers aren't actually stored on the server--this is a client- side feature. Adding cell phone numbers for the sending SMS messages is currently broken in Gaim, and there is probably already a bug report open for that. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=350235&aid=969268&group_id=235 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
