Summary: Send To... Right-Click-Menu item

Initial Comment:
In windows when you right click a folder or file, there is
an option "Send to", which has options like A:\, Desktop,
My Documents, Compressed Folder, etc.

The official AIM client from AOL, versions 5.2 and later,
or something like that, adds two options to that "Send
to" menu, for both files and folder:
AIM Buddy
AIM Share (I wont go into this one since gaim has no
support for "Get File"...its just a thing to quickly add
files/folders to the shared folder for people to do a "get
file" on)

"AIM Buddy" when clicked pops up a window with a text
box which is where one types in the screen name of the
buddy one wishes to send the file to. After one clicks
OK it initiates a send of that file to the selected user.
(When it sends, it doesnt pop up an IM window
saying "<Myusername> wants to send X:\location\file", it
just pops up the status window).

Is it possible to have this available?

it seems like, for this to work, you'd first have to get
gaim-remote to work in windows. gaim-remote is what allows
for things like clicking on a link in your web browser and
it opening an im window. it is basically a way to send
commands to a running gaim program.

this kinda thing would seem to require that functionality.
so, i guess, it wouldn't be possible to do this until
gaim-remote has been ported to windows

Instead of having to write the screen name of the buddy, it
would be wonderful to have a list of buddys to whom the file
can be sent (i.e. online buddys for the protocols that
support file transfers).
