This is not a Gaim bug, but a bug in GTK+, the widget toolkit
used by Gaim. Your bug is being moved to our "gtk bugs" tracker,
where it will be grouped with similar bugs. When we know a gtk
bug number for this issue, your group number will reflect it.

A similar thing happens to me. I run multiple monitors at
different resolutions. My secondary monitor is on the left
with a smaller resolution than my right hand monitor. The
desktops are aligned at the bottom so there is some 'dead
space' above the second monitor on the left. As GAIM trys
to put message windows at the top left of the screen they go
straight into this dead space and you can't see them. I can
only get to them by right clicking on their taskbar entry
and selecting 'move' and using the cursor keys to move them
down.

Anyone know a work around for this?
