Basically they didn't disapear when the window focus changes. As an easy way to reproduce the bug, you can put the mouse over any buddy and wait till the tooltip apears, then double click in the buddy to open the conversation window, and the tooltip will be fixed over the conversation window. To disapear the buddy tooltip just go back to buddy list and move the mouse :). Im using windows XP service Pack 2, (just to prove and promote the GTK and GNOME software ports). Also there's a screenshot of the bug :). Thank for your time and your work.
