Category: None Group: gtk bug #164311 >Status: Closed Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: galdur (galdur) Assigned to: Daniel Atallah (datallah) >Summary: Sys Tray: Window doesn\'t pop to foreground on doubleclick Initial Comment: If the window has been minimized to tray, a double-click of the system tray Gaim icon pops up the Gaim window. On the other hand, Gaim is not minimized, and some other window is covering it, a 4-click is required ot get it to the foreground; twice to minimize it from its current hidden state, and another double click to restore the window. I'd say that a double-click of the tray icon when not in minimized state should create a send-to-foreground message for the app. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: galdur (galdur) Date: 2005-05-17 06:38 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1146773 Still buggy in GAIM 1.3.0 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Luke Schierer (lschiere) Date: 2005-01-16 22:15 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=28833 created the group name, and assigned this bug to it accordingly. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Daniel Atallah (datallah) Date: 2005-01-16 21:15 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=325843 "visibility_notify_event" doesn't seem to get triggered in win32. There didn't seem to be an existing GTK+ bug report for this, so I reported one. http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=164311 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Andrew Hart (arhart) Date: 2004-11-14 19:05 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1068268 I'm not sure, but this appears to me to be a GTK+ bug. As far as I can tell, gtk_blist_visibility_cb is never called, so gaim_gtk_blist_obscured is never set, so gtkblist.c:gaim_gtk_blist_docklet_toggle doesn't know that the blist is obscured and should be raised, rather than minimized. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=680472&aid=1058244&group_id=235 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
