Dear GainsNet, You probably don't have the virus mentioned in the previous email I sent (W32.Sircam.Worm@mm-- this is not an email address, but the name of the virus). However, if you think you do have it, and are finding the instructions confusing, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to walk you through the process of deleting the virus. The virus email will have these characteristics: Subject: The subject of the email will be random, and will be the same as the file name of the attachment in the email. Message: The message body will be semi-random, but will always contain one of the following two lines (either in English or Spanish) as the first and last sentences of the message. Spanish Version: First line: Hola como estas ? Last line: Nos vemos pronto, gracias. English Version: First line: Hi! How are you? Last line: See you later. Thanks It will probably come from someone you know, as this virus spreads by using people's email address files. Again, if you feel you would like assistance in cleaning your computer, please contact us at INSTRAW. Maren ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) will be happy to help you, as will I.
