I was hoping to see if anybody had any suggestions to resolve this error.
To summarize, I'm using cloudman/Amazon EC2.
I typically batch analyze 20-100 data sets against a workflow. (launched
serially using bioblend script)
I'm consistently seeing the following error "An error oc
What version of Python are you using? I believe Python 2.7 is the recommend
version. I suggest you grab a fresh copy of galaxy from the stable branch
and try again.

Thanks Adam when I specify handlers it works fine :)
I also try to add a drmaa plugin and create a new destination:
load="galaxy.jobs.runners.local:LocalJobRunner"/>
load="galaxy.jobs.runners.drmaa:DRMAAJobRunner"/>
The only other relevant place is the User object in model/__init__.py

The changes are now available in the stable branch of galaxy-central. You
can pull these to your local galaxy-dist repository using:
hg pull -u -b stable https://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-central/
