Hello Peter, Change set 5208:8c04153e4cf6 incorporates this enhancement. In addition, I've changed the behavior so that when the check box is checked, whatever is being created is associated. This code was not touched for quite some time, so was very old. I felt this change in behavior better reflected the intent. Let me know if you disagree.
