There used to be a nice one: try adding '/mobile to your galaxy url.
It is still kind of working (just without the graphics), and it is
sufficient to monitor jobs.

If that's the only existing implementation then I think we'll look into

I've run into two issues, however.
1) When using set allelic scope I get the following error:
Fatal error: Exit code 1 ()
freebayes: unrecognized option `--min-repeat-length'
did you mean --min-repeat-size ?
2) When using a vcf
That indeed looks like a better solution. I'll use the workaround for now
and update once setup_python_environment is implemented.
