Hey Mark,
With workflows you can do this. When you run a workflow that has at least one
Input Dataset step, you can select multiple inputs. While you can't do this
in the standard tool form yet, you can always create a simple workflow with an
Input Dataset step, and a single Tool Step.
Nope...Still only through the API can you access multiple, related files in a workflow...There is some ugly hack where you have to select the related files, and you need to hack some of the code, but if you are willing to do some editing of the source code, I believe there issomethingin this
