thanks a lot. I solved it. I finally found the reactivate link :) which 
was unfortunately dysfunctional 
(https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/issues/7610) ..

unfortunately this is not the case, but it's listed as "Uninstalled" 
when I use the advanced search...
