I have a big problem with my local galaxy, I'm trying to register me at the
local intance of galaxy but I always have the error:
Error during registration phase. Please contact the administrator
So I can't use the workflows and the history. Anyone can help me?

There were several issues and bugs I encountered getting this script to
work. I've written down some notes for a quickstart for anyone else who
might be following in my footsteps.
1. Create input and output directores where you will drop and emit files.

lot with the 'conditional tag set', see:

Greg, I don't think there is currently any support for variable
substitution of this sort in job runner configuration, but it could
definitely be added. Worth filing as an issue.

Good suggestion and will work for the moment.
The accordion effect is very intuitive in that the user gets to see one panel
shrink and another expand. Thus it is more obvious that these are alternatives.
