Hi,
i all, my first post in the mailing list. I started one moth ago galaxy (at the
conference) and the tool is really impressive. thx for it.
I installed a local version of galaxy (http://ampere.ulb.ac.be), but i am
having some trouble when uploading private data on it.
Here is the procedure
galaxy.jobs INFO 2011-06-28 14:51:49,109 sending stop signal to worker thread
galaxy.jobs INFO 2011-06-28 14:51:49,109 job stopper stopped
ANY IDEAS to restart galaxy ???
(i have a normal install with no custom stuffs).
thank you
Colin

Hi Colin
In your 'universe_wsgi.ini' file, have you changed the line:
library_import_dir = None
to the directory with your data?
Regards, Hans

Hello Colin,
For #1, we have some wiki help pages that go through the set-up steps for
this type of proxy configuration. Please see:
https://bitbucket.org/galaxy/**galaxy-central/wiki/Config
other/related hints.
Is there not a simple tutorial/screencast about this process that i guess
most of the galaxy users have already did?
thx

Please keep all replies on the list by using reply all
in your mail client. To manage your subscriptions
far, I am obliged to download the file from galaxy to my client machine
and then back to the server with huge bam files of 3Gb it is not so
convenient!!
thank you all
