if you are interested in wrapper development you can help to improve the
current BEDtools in Galaxy. We have wrapped nearly all available
BEDtools from version 2.19.
A test repository is located here:

If you would like to learn how to write wrappers, improve the
documentation or the unit-test, if you are a BEDtools expert or just

or clone the repository and go crazy.
