Hi Brian,

Due to some hardcoding that shouldn't exist, you need to leave a copy of
universe_wsgi.ini behind in addition to the two new configs.  I'll work
on a fix for this ASAP.

Ah, this would probably be problematic - when
tools/data_source/data_source.py runs, its argv[2] is not going to be
the universe_wsgi.ini file.  What happens if you change it back to the
original?
