I managed to do this job without problems now, thanks for your reply.
Re-trying it a day later seemed to have solved the problem.

Would you please give this job another try, and if the error is 
persistent, share a link to your history. Use "Options -> Share or 
Publish" and either generate a share link and send to me (directly, off 
list) or add me to the list of share users then email to let me know 
I've been added with:

1 - the name of the history
2 - the dataset #'s with the problem
3 - anything else not captured in the history (if no error dataset was 
generated, I'll need the tool/steps)

I got the following error on the public server while trying to join to
datasets on their genomic intervals:

Server Error

An error occurred. See the error logs for more information. (Turn debug on
to display exception reports here)

I know this is not much information, hope you can help to solve the error.
