Hi Liao,

The Galaxy server uses a database - SQLite by default - and this is the 
database that the ProFTPD configuration references.  It will already exist, and 
its location is configured via the database_connection option in 
universe_wsgi.ini.  If you are using the default SQLite database, you'll need 
to move to PostgreSQL.
