Hello, I am new to galaxy and bioinformatics in general. I have installed galaxy (and supporting software) on my mac pro with 8 cores and 24 Gb of memory. The main issue is that it runs really slow. When I look at CPU and memory allocation to python, less than 10% of each are being used.
