[galaxy-dev] missing BWA tools on AWS AMI

Hi dev, I launched an instance of Galaxy on Amazon ( AMI ami-da58aab3 ) this morning and noticed bwa is no longer available. Is this temporary or if we want to use bwa, we have to add the bwa ourselves? Thanks, Q ___ Please keep all
